Best Pinnacle care Ltd is based in Swindon and Wiltshire at large and is committed to providing high quality care service. Our care services give you the choice to remain independent in your own home, with full support from our well-trained team, adhering to all your needs and requirements. We cover most surrounding areas within the Wiltshire area.

Aims & Objectives

Best Pinnacle care ltd provides services which safeguard and promote the health, welfare and lives of vulnerable people who have a Learning Disability, Mental Health needs, Autism, Brain injury and behaviours that can be deeded as challenging to enable them to live in their homes.

Our Objectives are to provide services which are;

4. • Recognise the individuality and the diversity of each service user.
5. • Maximise independence.
6. • Able to offer choices and enable service users to make decisions on how their care is provided promoting choice and independence.

We have competent, well-trained management and staff who work towards our aims and objectives, in line with our policies procedures and which have been developed in adherence to the relevant legislator’s requirements. Regular staff meetings, supervisions, observations and spot checks are completed on a regular basis to ensure they are providing the correct care service.

Nature of Services We Offer

We are a provider of high-quality Supported Living and Domiciliary Care Services to people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health Needs, Autism and challenging behaviour. All our services are tailored to each individual person and we make sure that they are at the centre of the service we provide. Our aim is to meet their needs and aspirations and help them live life to the full.

Qualification Of Care Staff

Our staff are central to the quality of support and care we offer to our service users and their families. Best Pinnacle Care is committed to ensuring equal opportunities for all applicants. Our staff are skilled to use enabling person centred approaches and positive behaviour approaches to meet the needs of our service users.
Basic essential training will be given to our new recruited staff as well as specialist training to suit the needs of our service users. Some of the basic training given includes;

• *Moving and Handling
• *Health and Safety
• *Safeguarding of vulnerable adults, whistle blowing
• *Infection Control
• *Food Hygiene
• *First Aid
• *Fire Safety
• *Medication

As well as the basic training there will be other training opportunities offered to our staff to improve their knowledge in the care industry such as positive behaviour approaches, communication skills courses ,goal planning and enabling approaches, Dementia, Catheter Care, End of Life and any further courses the staff may be need to safely deliver care and support for our service users. All staff have an induction period to include the mandatory training, essential training and shadowing.

Comments, Complaints Or Suggestions

Here at Best Pinnacle Care, we resolve any concerns or complaints as quickly as possible any complaint will be dealt with by our Complaints & Suggestion team who will try to resolve any issue by discussing the matter first with the service user or person concerned, if a complaint cannot be resolved informally, it will be passed to a Registered and Certified Person for an investigation. The Registered person may investigate the matter personally and at the end of the investigation will meet with the service user to discuss the outcome.
